Each piece is a copy of the design, function and specifications, but it is not totally identical to the rest of the pieces. For example, the colours might vary slightly. These small variations keep the hand-made character of the artwork and, by all means, are a good thing! They make the wok ‘almost’ unique.

Love by Chance explores the delicate balance between randomness and emotion. Can something as complex as love emerge from chance? Through the unpredictable movement of dice, the work continuously reshapes phrases and meanings—sometimes subtle, sometimes striking—inviting the viewer into a quiet reflection on probability, feeling, and interpretation.
With a background in engineering, I create kinetic artworks that bring together precision, material sensitivity, and poetic intent. This piece is carefully constructed using high-quality motors and electronic components, designed for long-term, reliable operation.
Special attention has been given to sound: the mechanism operates in near silence, allowing the movement to reveal itself only upon closer observation. This creates a gentle sense of surprise, as the artwork shifts almost imperceptibly within the space.
The mechanics are designed for durability, ensuring minimal wear and stable performance over time.
The artwork is ready to hang, with two mounting points on the back for easy wall installation using screws or strong nails.
