The last tree on the Earth

Population and consumerism grow exponentially, with human crowds abusing nature and occupying anything left on the earth: fields, mountains, forests. When will we realize how dependent we are on the natural environment?
Soon, we may all fight for a tiny space below the last tree on the Earth…

Like in several of my other works, the ‘hypnotized’ person, with a barcode head, symbolizes our current society. In times when algorithms, Artificial Intelligence and mass consumption tend to govern our lives, there is a discussion about how humanity and our society will change forever, either toward a utopian or a dystopian future…

It is sold unframed, but the 3cm edges are carefully painted so it can easily be hung without a frame as well.
